Although using an acne medication will work, there a few obstacles you must first overcome. The first is you will have to visit a doctor to get the medicine prescribed.
As everyone already knows, to get the best acne medication you will have to get it prescribed from a doctor. The doctor visit could cost you a pretty penny, if you do not have insurance.
Not to mention you will have to see the doctor again, when you go for follow-up visits. Now don't get me wrong here, getting a doctor's opinion is very important, even when trying other solutions other than acne medications.
The best acne medicine and medications may have bad side effects
The second obstacle will be getting used to the side effects of the acne medication you will be using. They can be very harsh and will last until you either stop using the acne medicine, or you run out.
The last obstacle is not really an obstacle, but once you stop taking the acne medication, the effects also stop. So more than likely, the acne will return.
I recommend you find another solution to your acne problems, than taking acne medication. Although they will work in taking away the acne and pain, once you stop taking them, the acne might return.
